Order Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order if you change your mind. To exercise this right, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving your product.

To inform us of your cancellation, you may:

  • Contact our Customer Services Team using the details outlined in our Returns Policy,
  • Complete the model cancellation form and email it to info@hikria.co.uk,
  • Or send it by post to:

You are responsible for returning the product to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice and at your own cost (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase).

We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage or a tracking receipt. If the returned item is not received or is delayed without evidence of dispatch, we may be unable to issue a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched before cancellation, the cost of returning the product remains your responsibility.

Refunds:

  • If your item has not been dispatched, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • If the item has already been shipped, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or receiving proof you’ve sent it).
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • No admin or processing fees are charged for refunds.

Please note:
If the product is returned in a condition that is not as new (e.g. damaged packaging, missing parts, signs of use, removed labels), we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund or, in certain cases, refuse a refund altogether. Our Customer Services Team can advise further on this.

Our standard returns window is 14 days from the delivery date. During December, we extend this period from 1st to 31st December to allow holiday purchases to be tested and returned if needed.

When contacting us, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Your preference (replacement or refund)
  • A photo or video clearly showing the problem (where possible)

Once the fault is confirmed, we will email you a pre-paid return label, and you will need to return the item to us.
