PRICING
All product prices are listed on our website and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between your order and our dispatch date, we’ll adjust the VAT rate accordingly unless you’ve already paid in full.
We charge you at the point of dispatch and issue a Dispatch Confirmation Email. Ownership transfers once full payment is received. If we’re unable to collect payment, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until full payment is received.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Unless otherwise stated, HIKRIA LTD is not the manufacturer of the products sold. We strive to keep our product information accurate, but colours may differ slightly from those shown on your device, and packaging may vary. Please read all product labels, warnings, and directions before use.
We may make minor updates to products to comply with legal standards or improve functionality, without impacting the overall use.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY
Order Processing: Orders are usually processed on the same business day. Orders received after 4 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day. Extra time may be required during peak periods like Christmas.
Delivery Options: Available delivery options and their costs are detailed on our website. Delivery charges include VAT.
DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE
If an external event delays our supply of your product, we’ll inform you promptly and try to minimise the delay. We won’t be liable for the delay, but if it’s likely to be significant, you can cancel the contract and receive a full refund for any undelivered items.
If we’re unable to perform the contract due to events outside our control, we’ll notify you, terminate the agreement, and refund any payments made for undelivered products.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel your order. To do so, contact our Customer Services Team via the methods listed under “Returns Policy” or send a completed cancellation form to info@hikria.co.uk or post it to: HIKRIA LTD, 191 Haldane Road, London, England, E6 3JW
You must return the product within 14 days at your own expense (unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase). Send returns to: Unit 8, Westpoint Trading Estate, London, W3 0RA
Keep a proof of postage. If the return is not received or delayed, and you don’t have proof, we may not process the refund. Contact Customer Services for assistance.
We only refund standard delivery fees. Additional charges for express or timed delivery are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation (or receipt of return/proof of postage). Refunds are made to the original payment method and without processing fees.
If the product is returned in a non-resaleable condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories), we may reduce or reject the refund. Customer Services can guide you on potential deductions.
RETURNS POLICY

Include a description of the issue, your preference for a replacement or refund, and relevant photos or videos.
Upon confirmation of a fault, we will issue a prepaid return label. Use this to return the item to us.
We provide automatic updates during the return process.
WARRANTY PERIOD
If your product has a fault within 12 months (not caused by misuse or wear and tear), we will repair or replace it. This does not affect your legal rights.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: You may claim a refund for faulty goods.
- Within 6 months: If a fault can’t be fixed, you’re entitled to a full refund.
- Up to 6 years: You may be eligible for a partial refund if goods don’t last reasonably long.
USE OF PRODUCTS
All products are intended for home or home-office use unless agreed otherwise in writing. Use products according to manufacturer guidelines. Tampering with the product or software voids warranties and refund eligibility.
CUSTOMS
For deliveries outside mainland UK, import duties/taxes may apply upon arrival. You are responsible for these costs. HIKRIA LTD has no control over such charges. You are the importer of record and must comply with local regulations.
International shipments may be inspected by customs, and customer data may be shared as required by law.
ENDING OUR CONTRACT
We may cancel the contract and claim compensation if you do not accept delivery within a reasonable time.
OUR LIABILITY
HIKRIA LTD is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Unforeseeable events not anticipated at order time.
- Events outside our control (as outlined in “Delay or Non-Performance”).
- Your failure to follow reasonable usage instructions.
- Commercial use of the product.
We remain liable for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
CHILDREN
We do not sell to individuals under 18. Minors may use the HIKRIA LTD website only under parental or guardian supervision.
PERSONAL DATA
We process your data as described in our Privacy Notice available on our website.

OTHER TERMS
We may transfer our obligations under this contract to another party without impacting your rights. No other person shall have rights under this contract.
